We're currently seeking candidates for both the Pub and our expansion side (Fork & Cork):


SERVER/WAITSTAFF - a minimum 1+ years experience serving in the bar/restaurant industry and 18+ years of age required.  Bartending experience a plus.  Part-time shifts are available and qualified individuals will be able to start immediately with training.  Applicants must be self motivated, organized, quick thinking and willing to embrace a team player atmosphere.  BASSET and Food Service Certifications required.  Availability will be flexible but MUST include some nights and weekends.  Industry hourly pay plus tips.


BUSSERS/FOOD RUNNERS- some experience preferred but willing to train.  Part-time daytime and/or evening positions available immediately, which will include some weekends.  BASSET and/or Food Service certifications not required for this position, but it is a plus.  Hourly pay plus tipouts, with room for advancement into serving or kitchen duties.

DAYTIME LINE COOK - minimum 1+ years experience in a medium to high volume restaurant.  Part-time position currently available with potential for full-time work in the future.  Currently looking for DAYTIME employees with some flexibility; will incllude weekends.  Qualified applicants will be able to start training and work immediately.  Competitive hourly salaries and opportunity also exists for advancement.  Food Service Certifications required, Sanitation Certification a plus.

MAINTENANCE & SERVICE COORDINATOR - this is a FULL-TIME day position (5-6 days a week) with cash tips and potential for some overtime.  Job responsibilities include daily cleaning of the establishment and common areas, light kitchen duties, some maintenance projects and (tippable) front of house food running & bussing.  Strong multitasking skills required.  Some experience in the restaurant industry and/or with carpentry & repairs is preferred.  Food Service Certifications required, Sanitation Certification a plus.
